1. Acceptance of Terms

labet8 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at labet8's sole discretion in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

To access labet8's real-money gaming services, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are prohibited from providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) labet8 account. labet8 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Deposits are generally credited to your labet8 account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method. labet8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network issues outside labet8's control.

Withdrawal requests are processed by labet8 subject to the following conditions:

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.

6. Gameplay Rules

labet8 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. labet8 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 11. Account Termination

labet8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if labet8 reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority.

Upon termination of your account for cause, labet8 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found following investigation, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon termination for cause.

You may request voluntary closure of your labet8 account at any time by contacting labet8 customer support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, your verified real-money balance will be returned to you after any applicable withdrawal processing requirements are satisfied.

12. Amendments to These Terms
